  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., opened fragrances) may not be eligible unless faulty.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items received. We will arrange a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
